Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an HR Coordinator who plays a key role in supporting the full hiring lifecycle by coordinating talent acquisition activities and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role focuses on reviewing applications, conducting initial prescreens, organizing interviews, and maintaining clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
· Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial prescreening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
· Recommend top candidates to hiring managers for next-step interviews.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
· Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Provide input to help streamline recruitment processes and evaluate current ATS and recruiting tools.
· Assist with general HR tasks and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a Staffing Agency environment (required).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
· Proficiency with office productivity tools and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Looking ideally for a Full-time candidate for a temporary role that could go temp to perm. Will consider those who need part time or mothers' hours. The position is in office but with flexibility as needed for Hybrid work. Pay is $25/hr.
